At NexTech Ads, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services and complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is required.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-Delivery of Service

    If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund. This includes delays where no activity has started within the expected window after confirmation.

  • Technical Errors

    In cases where technical issues on our end prevent proper execution of your order, we will aim to resolve the issue immediately. If it cannot be resolved, we will either issue a full refund or provide a different service of equivalent value.

  • Change of Mind

    If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the campaign has not yet started, we can issue a full refund. Please note that payment gateway fees may be deducted depending on your method of payment.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Results Not as Expected

    We make every effort to provide high-quality promotional results. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement quality, follower behaviour, or viral success. If the service has been delivered as described, a refund will not be granted based on outcome dissatisfaction.

  • Incorrect Client Information

    If the client provides incorrect or invalid information (e.g., broken links, wrong usernames), and the campaign has already been launched based on this input, refunds will not be provided. We strongly encourage all clients to double-check their submission details.

  • External Platform Changes

    If changes on third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, Instagram) affect service visibility or performance, we cannot issue a refund, as such changes are outside of our control.

  • Crypto Payments

    Payments made through cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all such sales are considered final.

Refund Approval & Processing

    In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if part of the service was successfully delivered or only a portion of the order is being cancelled.

    If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Processing Time

    Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
